Operating instructions To maximize safety, use the tenderizer after it is fully assembled, with a funnel inserted in the hole located on top of the protective cover. Plug the electirc cord into a standard outlet. While processing, after the machine has been properly assembled and fitted with the funnel, turn the "Cam" switch to the left(FOR). While operating, insert the meat through the funnel, and the meat will then be processed through the blade set. Be sure to use a stick to push the meat through the funnel. Remember to place a dish on the holder to catch the tenderized meat coming through the blades. The holder acts only as a form of table. Therefore, you should use a clean dish to hold the tenderized meat. If the machine stops during the tenderizing process, turn the "Cam" switch to the right(REV), and remove the meat by reversing the machine. Then try processing the meat again. Remember that the machine dosn't work when the protective cover is open. * In an emergency, you can open the protective cover or press the emergency   switch.

Cleaning Be sure to unplug the electric cord before cleaning the machine. And wear steel mesh or leather gloves while running the processor to prevent injury to hands or fingers. Turn the four nuts on the stainless steel comb to the left to loosen it. Then lift the comb and separate it from the set of blades. To loosen the top bracket, turn the nut located on the end of the blade set to the left, and then open the bracket cover. Pull out the blade set and lift it up. To unfasten the lwer stainless steel comb holder, turn the four nuts to the left. Wash the unattached set of blades, the stainless steel comb, and the comb holder with a soft brush and dish soap. When reassembling, insert the blade set first, then adjust the comb to the blade holes and push down to lock them in plce. Next, carefully reassemble the machine by adjusting the lower section of the stainless steel comb to the stainless comb holder. * Check that the "L/R" setting marked on the blade set and bracket is   properly adjusted. * Check that the stainless steel comb is firmly fastened to the comb holder.
